Role overview:
You will be responsible for the overall management of the service, leading a dedicated team and ensuring safe, effective and high-quality support at all times.
Key responsibilities:
Service Leadership: Oversee the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring person-centred, safe and effective care delivery
Quality & Compliance: Maintain CQC compliance, safeguarding standards, and internal quality audits with a focus on continuous improvement
Team Leadership: Lead, develop and support staff, promoting a positive culture and best practice
Care Planning: Ensure high-quality, individualised support in partnership with individuals, families and professionals
Operational Management: Oversee budgets, occupancy, reporting and on-call responsibilities
About you:
Experienced leader in learning disabilities and complex needs services
Strong knowledge of CQC standards and social care regulations
NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
Confident communicator with strong leadership and organisational skills
