Encompass Care is looking for a caring and reliable Support Worker to join our Supported Living service in Bridport.

This is a rewarding part-time role supporting people to live independently in their own homes and community.

Pay: £12.71 per hour

Contract: Part-time, permanent

What you’ll do:

Provide person-centred support in daily living skills

Support with meals, personal care and household tasks

Encourage independence and community involvement

Build positive, respectful relationships

Keep accurate records and follow care plans

About you:

Kind, patient and supportive

A good communicator and team player

Flexible to work shifts, including weekends

Full training provided – experience is helpful but not essential.
